(STL.News) More than 200,000 people in Spain‘s Catalonia region have been put back under lock-down after the number of infections there almost doubled in a week. In contrast, pubs, restaurants and cinemas have reopened across England following a relaxation of lock-down rules.

(STL.News) Spain reopened its borders to European tourists on Sunday in a bid to kick-start its economy which took a battering due to the weeks-long COVID-19 lock-down.
